Rules and Policies

 I know we all hate restrictions, but I assure you, I only intend to keep this community a happy friendly place without troubles or conflicts.  Although you may not see my logic behind these rules, I promise there is a "method to my madness."  If you have questions, feel free to ask!  :)
  • This community is open to all views and backgrounds. Disagreements may happen. However, under no circumstance will profanity, hatred, or any other attack-like behavior be tolerated!
  • Nude, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive contributions will be removed. If you find anything offensive, do not hesitate to say something, but be reasonable.
  • No spammy posts or comments allowed. This is a community not a newspaper!
  • No selling of anything allowed thru this site. If you want to sell your item, you must do so elsewhere and make no mention of the sale here!  (You can mention something like "More info here" as a link directed to your blog, but not to an etsy.  Save the etsy for your blog!)
  • You must contribute a refashion at least once a month.  You may not post more than 2 posts per week.
  • Content provided MUST be your own!  If you must use a picture that does not belong to you, you are responsible for obtaining permission to use that image.  You must also link to the source.  If you don't obtain permission from the owner of the image, you may NOT use it.  (And if you think you can be sly by linking an image to your own etsy, think again!)
  • As a contributor, you have the benefit of being added to the community blogroll.  Therefore, you must also post the community button easily visible on your blog!
  • Free gifts in exchange for comments is not allowed.  However you may offer your gifts on the facebook community page if the requirements do not involve readers being forced to read or comment on your blog post.
  • You may link back to your blog on your post, but you may not link to your own blog on the facebook community page.
  • You may have bonus pictures or info on your own blog if you desire so long as your post in this community is complete.  Like I said before, we are not a newspaper!  You can not use us as a cover page just to direct readers to a whole other page to complete the post.
  • Posts must contain a refashion or tutorial, and must contain at least one picture.  No posting of random so-called updates here.  There are better places for that.  (Administrator exceptions only!)
  • No excessively long posts or excessive use of pictures.  Who wants to wait forever for a page to load?
  • And obviously the posts must be about clothing, shoes, or such accessories.
You are responsible for keeping yourself informed of these rules and any future changes to these rules!
